Let’s not forget that the one thing in life that is constant, is change. And if you don’t choose to change the world will not stop and wait for you. The world and the universe continue to expand left, right and all around.
If you are feeling dissatisfied with life, stuck, in a rut, or just tired of the same old thing. Then you need change, and you must take a risk. Risks are risky, but change is not possible with risks. Risks will shake up your normal and possibly scare you, but fear is part of change.
Once you take a risk and will feel scared you will want to take it back so naturally you will begin to resist what you have started but it will be too late because the wheels of change have started. Resistance is painful and will start a lot of negative thoughts rolling that often induce or increase anxiety. And we all know that anxiety feels awful and is somewhat like physical pain.
Once we are in anxiety we can become paralyzed, judging ourselves for the risk we just took and begin to self-blame which can lead to depression. We may begin telling ourselves we were stupid to take that risk.
Consequently, it can be easy to get stuck in fear, anxiety and depression from the risk you just took to get unstuck. YOU may find yourself stuck again. This is fueled by automatic negative thoughts because you dared to risk. However, this entire pattern can be broken down with mindfulness and self-inquiry if you are truly ready for a new life!
