I have developed a way of working with clients that is individualized for each specific issue. I use evidenced based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and motivational interviewing. I combine these with holistic body-centered mindfulness-based therapies and I use psycho-education to help you understand what is happening with you and how these approaches can help you.
